Face book, Twitter, LinkedIn and many other Social Network Sites are getting better and bigger as the awareness of it being spread. Worldwide more than 190 million users have their accounts with twitter which is known as a short notice board. It allows a user to write on a subject of maximum 140 characters. People can be aware of the latest news of their interests by following them. Many companies are using twitter as more of application where activities like publishing of latest news and also sometimes job vacancies being conducted. Thus interested people who had been following it can come to know about job vacancy. The usage of twitter is getting higher day by day by HR department of various organizations.
